Introducing Densercise™ Classes

Densercise™ Classes are here! Join us as we workout together to improve our strength, flexibility, and posture - all with one goal in mind: to increase our bone density naturally.

Densercise Classes incorporate a combination of weight bearing, resistance, and postural exercises specifically designed to improve bone density. The real secret that makes the Densercise™ Classes so effective is something called Epidensity Training, based on the latest in epigenetics research.


What to Expect

Every workout is led by Shane Russell, a Certified Densercise™ Trainer. Classes are 50 minutes long and focus on building bone in high-risk fracture areas such as wrists, spine, hip, and ankles. Our classes will also help you achieve your general fitness goals, look and feel better, and improve flexibility and balance, no matter your age.

Densercise™ classes are simply more fun than working out alone. Meet fellow Savers, motivate each other, and forge new friendships. Enjoying yourself makes all the difference when it comes to fitness.

About Your Certified Densercise™ Trainer

With over 5 years of experience as a fitness specialist, Shane Russell has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels including athletes, actors, and business professionals. He incorporates a wide range of exercise techniques to get results, prevent injuries, and make exercising fun. Shane's easy going, positive, yet motivating style makes him a perfect fit for our Densercise™ Training classes.


How To Book A Class

Select a date above that works best for you and click on the "Get Tickets" button. After filling in your information, the "Pay Later" option will be automatically selected, reserving your spot in the class. Note that no payment will be collected online.

Payment will be processed in person with Shane before the start of the class (Cash or a check made out to Shane Russell will be accepted). Tickets are only valid for the reserved date posted on your reservation.
